How about 10 Reasons for a Memory Planner. How's that for a catchy blog post title?
Here's the thing: I like lists. A lot.
Recently I wrote a list. Just off the top of my head. This was a list of how my memory planner serves me in various ways.

This is by no means a comprehensive list. You may very well be able to add more to this list. And I would love to hear just how your memory planner serves you.
Here goes my list...

A memory planner is:

a gratitude journal
a bullet journaler
a daily log
a diary
a list keeper
a holder of quotes
a scrapbook
a jotter of plans
a calendar of past events
a detail tracker

Ta dah!

But like my Life Albums, the joy that comes from looking at these pages of documented life at another point and place is priceless. It happens Every. Single. Time.
An emotion floods my heart, my mind to look back at these moments. These words. These photos.
I say that pretty often here, don't I?
Are you tired of me saying that all the time?

WHY's are super important. No matter what we are doing.
These just happen to be some WHY's and HOW"s for my Memory Planner.
And I just had to share them with you.

  1. I love your definition of it and love how you are so aware of being addicted to paper ;) we all are around here I suppose! I have never really had a memory planner, only a planner, then switched to a bullet journal and a TN with occasional pocket pages albums. Your layouts are really pretty!
