How to create Minc Christmas Glitter Foil die cut in 6 easy steps. @jamiepate for @heidiswapp

I was going to make the point that some photos are timeless...but that is not exactly true...all photos are pretty much timeless...

For me, not a photo is ever discovered from a time past that I am not immediately swept away into that moment in time. It's why I do what I do to save and document and journal these memories. The pretty part is just the frosting. But I believe that design should be beautiful, so frosting it is.

Had a chance recently to play with the new Heidi Swapp Christmas Minc Reactive Foil and new embellishments. And yet again, I am smitten.  Going through last years Project Life Album (eh hem...the one not yet quite finished yet...yeah...ya got one of those too?). I realized I had not given place to our family photo from last year. So I grabbed that red Noel paper, and then HAD to use the new NOEL Die Cut on the page too...But it needed a twist...it needed to be glittered...

Here is a little tutorial and supply list what was used to make this come together:
Christmas Minc:
Glitter Reactive Foil: Gold
6x6 Toner Sheets
6x6 Carrier Envelope
Oh What Fun Heidi Swapp Word: Noel

Here's a close up of that fabulous Glitter Die Cut...how great is that!!!

A bit of hot glue attaches this word to the page.

Now don't even get me started on those Paper Poinsettia's...

Be on the look out at JoAnn Stores as well as online scrapbook outlets to find all the new Minc-able embellies for Christmas.

supplies:
Oh What Fun 12x12 Pattern Paper. Oh What Fun Sequins. Die Cut: Noel. Minc: Paper Poinsettias, 6x6 Gold Glitter Reactive Foil, Photo Corners, Ephemera.
