It's here...
Christmas week...
and if you are anything at all like me...
you still have gifts to wrap...

So happy you came by today as I am going to share with you 4 packages 4 ways.
Real quick touches to your wrapped gifts that add a bit more love.
And that is what this season is all about...
a visitation of love.

This is a personal blog. All editorial content and projects are intellectual property of jamiepate.com I do receive financial compensation and material product from American Crafts to develop my craft posts, but all ideas and opinions are my own.

So here is what you are going to need to do.
Wrap a couple of packages up first.
I like to choose paper in a theme. I watch all year long for paper that catches my attention. HomeGoods is one of my favorite sources for paper. Hobby Lobby has very large rolls for very little when they put them at 50% off. And that plaid there...it has been getting a lot of attention on Instagram. I found it at Michaels. It really sets the tone for the rest of my packages.

As you can see, I have gathered some Minc supplies, as well as some Christmas Mixed Media. The Heidi Swapp Gift Wrap Set that includes gold and green floral pics. And of course a few glittery tags. And then I had some fun with the Gold and Silver Tassel Kit.

Let's start with the Minc-ed package. The SnowFlake Banner is getting put to use here. It's a kit to create a banner, but I like the idea of it on a present. So I chose a couple of snowflakes and foiled them in red.

And this is the result. Super simple banner strung around a gift. Finish it by tying on a glitter tag and call it done.

This is one of my favorites already.

Have you seen this Heidi Swapp Gift Wrap Set at JoAnn? It is so great. Floral pics and bows and pretty vellum tags. I used this kit alone on the next package.

OK...so this one might be my actual favorite. I mean you had me at red striped paper. I took pieces of the holly leaves and berries from the Gift Wrap Set and tucked, along with the gold garland found in the set, under that sweet paper bow. Gold thread ties the vellum tag around it all.

It's a real simple decoration but it really adds 'wow' value.

Next, remember the Mixed Media I had gathered?

Well this particular gift had two parts. So I used a Muslin Bag, part of the Oh What Fun collection at JoAnn, added screen art to the bag, and placed the extra parts of the gift inside.

The gift was tied around with vellum and then I tied the bag on top. Gotta love the dimension of this wrap. And I think the receiver will be very intrigued by the double gift.

Last but not least...
tassels...

This last gift is super simple and is even a bit year round. Beautiful for Christmas but great colors to use all throughout the year. Take a couple of the tassels from the Tassel Kit and attach them to the package. This is when hot-glue is my best friend. Take a glittery tag and also hot-glue right on top of the tassels allowing them to show off their pretty selves.

Merry Christmas everyone. Enjoy the last few days of preparation.
