Today I'm sharing a look at Week 3 in my Project Life 2017 album.
Welcome back to Project Life. It's true when I say, I am completely happy that I am keeping up with this album this year. Very thankful for a more straightforward approach. Getting these photos printed. And easier than ever before getting these little stories told.
This week I changed direction a little bit with the photo cropping.
I picked up the 4X6 Photo Templates Vol. 6 by Paislee Press. When I saw these over on the Paislee Press blog I was attracted to the way these templates helped the photo and the layout in general not seem so crowded.
Right now, anything that helps me get these pages to completion in my album, I am all in. I love how these templates look. How easy they are to use. And still plenty of space for photos + all the words that are the main goal of this project.
The embellishments are pretty lean right now. And I can't even believe how OK I am with that.
And this may change. But for now...words. Photos. Quotes. Phrases. And that's about the sum of it.
I'm still pretty heavy handed on Ali Edward's Review Story Kit from December. The 'the best kind' is from the Surprise kit. Be watching her monthly digital releases. If you do not subscribe to the monthly Story Kit, I have noticed that digital elements are being released at later dates. That tidbit of information was free.
