sunshine in a mini album

Today I am posting on the Paige Evans blog.
Crafting today's project had me stepping out of my more subdued hues.
Yellow was on tap as it evokes the much wanted sunshine of the season ahead of us.
Using one a Paige Evan's Envelope cut file, this holder of a very mini album was crafted.
Inside the colorful Horizon Paper Line envelope I crafted a simple mini book. The binding is sewed together. Her Branch cut file and her Back This Font also came into play. The title is backed with a stash of wrapping paper I have on hand. The pop of white with black dot worked perfectly with all the wash of yellow. Very often I craft with more monochromatic themes. This time black dots were vying for some attention. The contrast with the yellow is striking.
