Did you see the cover to the Month at a Glance Storyline Chapters Planner above? This IS the life. This is it guys. It's all we got. What stories are you telling?

Today is a look inside another Highlights page spread in the Storyline Chapters Planner. These pages are sort of work horses for me. Meaning, I make these pages work for me. I take the time to write down what I want to remember. These pages are inspiration for other stories.

Let me point out again a couple of things found on these pages. The left hand column, the one numbered 1-31? Yep. That one. That for me is a gratitude list. This list alone makes for great story prompts.  I mean, we would have to be writing or scrapping a story a day just to keep up with that list. You know my challenge continues to be, write down at least one thing every day you are grateful for. You will never be without a story to tell.

As with most of my planner pages, I like to keep with a color scheme. For me this keeps the page cohesive. I stayed with greens and pops of black. I worked Storyline Chapters stickers and pattern paper into this page, as well as some Color Fresh Stickers. I just go through my stash and pull colors that I think will go.  And hidden under that DIY interactive flap? Something I am working on, but maybe don't want for public consumption.

This page here is the heart and soul of the Highlights page. Several stories all on one page. This page here is where I very often document a snippet of a story, which very well turns into a larger story in an album or mini album. If not now, then at another time. I have what I need right here. Plenty of words to prompt the story.
But here's the thing. If I don't get that story on a page spread, I still have it. Because something is better than nothing. These little tellings here are better than to not have these stories written down anywhere.

(Oh. And she can't help but make it pretty with some stencil play. More stickers. And another pop of black.)
