How Are You One Wording? | One Word Journal - January
1.26.2024
one word project
Recently, in THIS video here, I shared how I was going to be documenting this 'new' year. With that a return to One Word. Do you chose a word to help navigate your new year as well?
I shared in that video several things, including the fact that I have 'done' a one word project many years, but have not taken one up recently. Mainly because I can get discouraged because I fizzle out and do not finish the project.
This is a welcome to a new word reset. With a word that is speaking to me very loudly, I am here to present this year's journal to hold that word, and the word itself..
Shalom. The word that chose me, quite frankly. And it keeps speaking to me loud and clear. With that sort of inspiration in my sails I am so very excited to participate in this and come along side with plenty of creativity as well.
With that creativity, I am also going to share my progress as well as a technique or tutorial that is also part of this One Word Journal. You can find the January version HERE on my YouTube Channel.
Hey friends...when you shop the links in this blog I receive a small kick back from your sales from ScrapbookCom and Heidi Swapp Shop. There is absolutely no extra cost to you at all! But these commissions help to cover the costs of this blog to provide you with project ideas. I want to continue to bring you FREE inspiration. Shopping these links allows me to do just that. I can't thank you enough for your love and continued support. Also, the opinions expressed in my blog and my YouTube Channel and all social platforms are independently my own.
Not only do I process out a little o' technique that I am fond of, but there is also a walk through as well as some explanation to this year's endeavor. The video takes you through the completed pages of January (and while I say that...even this morning some things came to mind that I am wanting already to add to this...hence the journal aspect).
For this year's journal I (finally) decided to utilize a 6x8 album as seen here. You know, sometimes you just have to make a decision, and then make the decision work. This book already includes inside the pocket page, outside the pocket page, as well as no pocket page at all. You'll just have to watch the video to see what that is all about.
Thank you for being here to read this post today. It tells me a little something about you. It tells me you may also be interested in a One Word project. Or, it tells me you are at least curious. Are you already participating with a word this year? Let me know in the comments. In the meantime, I do hope this brought some inspiration to you for whatever faith or self development creativity you may have in progress.
