Let's Remind Ourselves Once More | November 2023 Memory Planner

First of all, welcome back to this page. I appreciate you being here and reading. You support my theory that blogs are not really actually completely dead. Right? They aren't are they?

Secondly, I wanted to confess, I have not been great about documenting and sharing these still photos of the pages of Memory Planner with you. Even though these are November Memory Planner pages that are being posted here, it's my reset to start again to indeed do just that: share Memory Planner pages a month at a time here on this blog. Starting with this one.

And, thirdly, what's the reminder you say? Well. It's not really original or anything. It's actually a gentle encouragement, but I did not think that would play well as a blog post title. But here it is:

You. Are. Not. Behind.

Which goes right along with something you are probably tired of hearing me say: your stories never expire.

So then, why do I say this so often?

Because I hear all the stress out there of  "I'm so behind." 

And this should not be a stressful place in our life. So this is my friendly encouragement to you.

The beginning of the year is a great time for reminders and remembrances. So this is why I share it again now.

For you see, with these November pages and stories, I made an intentional decision to put this off until after the holidays were over.

The usual way in which I have previously approached storying in Memory Planner is to wait until the whole entire month has passed. It was my goal to have the previous month completed by the 15th of the next month.

For example, November, if I had worked on these days in the way that I had before, then the weeks would have been filled in by December 15. But...as the date was looming in on me and I was adding daily to the December Album that I had in process, and getting ready for family to be here for Christmas, and all the other shopping and making and doing that is Christmas...deep breathe...well I made a decision. I will get to November when the holidays are over and everyone has left.

And because of other habits that I have in place in which have been alluded to in the Memory Planner WalkThru videos, this was not a hard thing for me to do. Well, ok...I guess you could say hard in that I had to be dedicated to the doing and the catching up, and the hard that can come with being disciplined to follow through with my goals. Other than that? Nah! Not hard at all. LOL!!!

This is what I wanted to, yet again, remind you about. Take the photos. Take some daily notes (the new Stop the Blur Journal is perfect for just that, find HERE). And then create intentional time to place those stories lovingly in your pages. Because we certainly and for sure do not want to fail to tell our stories.
