Last week I introduced my newest little collection of cut files for the Sizzix Shape Store. You can see that post here at the Sizzix blog. You can see how I used this collection to make ready some Valentine boxed gifts in a glittery fashion.

 Well today I wanted to share with you how I used that same collection for a little boy layout.

The 'oh deer' was cut with September Skies from Heidi Swapp. I love how it is so perfect in that pixelated grey pattern. I roughed up the edges a bit to give it a bit more of a 'manly' feel. Are ya feelin' it?

I cut the Heart in Heart design in different sizes with water color paper. I love the texture water color paper brings my pages and how the Tinsel Color Shine gave it such a perfect texture for this little boy page.

Hello friends, and welcome to November.
You know it's said, the days are long but the years are short. This becomes more and more acutely true in my life.

I created the above photo with photo edits in my RDMagic app on my iPad. Feel free to click and download if you would like for your personal use.

Another thing to share with you today is a project I posted recently on Heidi Swapp's blog:

Going to use this mini journal to be purposeful with my gratitude this month. As I shared on my instagram post, it's almost Thanksgiving in the States. All hearts turn to the attitude of gratitude this time of year. While this is a virtue I do try to focus on daily, sometimes I fall off. My aim is to renew my heart to things I am grateful for, and to be purposeful in finding and recording the everyday that brings me joy, happiness, and contentment.

I was lucky enough to be able to use my very own cut file that was created for the SizzixShapeStore. It is available now and at a great price. new fall collection ~ sizzix eshape store

So excited to share my newest cut file with you today...

The Thankful Collection is in the SizzixShapeStore right now! I am in love with these hand drawn designs celebrating and embracing fall.

I love this little oak leaf the best. The Trunk Bay pattern from the Pink Paislee Solstice collection is a great hue for fall. As well as very lovely for these leaves.

After cutting a few smallish sizes of the oak die cut out on my eClips2,  a small dab of hot glue was added to the stem and attached to these branches now displayed in our front room.

I adore their whimsy and little subtle addition of fall in the house.

And how perfectly the yellow from Solstice works for fall. Just a bonus that is.

new sizzix eshape store ~ now open

There has been a little project in the works for a few months now that I have had the lucky chance to be part of. Sizzix has now made available digital cut designs for use with their die cutting machine the Eclips.

The eShape store is now online!!! Sizzix has made available designs that are 100% compatible with the exclusive eCAL software for both the original eclipse and eclips2 machines. Or...use the SureCuts A Lot (SCAL) software for use with other electronic shape cutting machines. You can go here for lots more information on the details. I'm not a details girl...I just love making the stuff.

I have a few designs available in the shop already. And a few more on the sketch board getting ready to launch soon. I will keep you posted.

Some of my own personal favorite cuts are from the collection Love and Hearts. The cuts you see on the above cards are from that project. What is so great about the sizzixshapestore.com is the option to buy individual cuts. Or a whole collection at a much better price. I love creating these in collections as their intent is to go together on a project and work thematically.

That said, on this card I am sharing three collections mixed together. The Arrows Collection, more of the Love and Hearts, and a Stencil Collection that will be found in the shop soon.

It's been quite a little adventure for me. A huge learning curve. And I have so much more still to learn. But I am excited, and hope you will pop in the shop and see what it is all about.
